PPSU, scientific name: Polyphenylene sulfone resins (PPSU) PPSU polyphenylene sulfone resins is polysulfone (PSF) series products. It is a novel thermoplastic engineering plastics. It refers to the non-crystalline polymer containing sulfonyl group and aromatic nucleus in the main chain of molecule. It is a linear polymer with a slight amber color. In addition to strong polar solvents, concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid, it is stable to general acids, alkalis, salts, alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is partially soluble in ester ketone `aromatics'and halogen `DM'. It has good rigidity and toughness, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, creep resistance, corrosion resistance to inorganic acid, alkali, salt solution, ion radiation resistance, non-toxicity, good insulation and self-extinguishing, easy to shape and process.

Wide use:

1. Suitable for making heat-resistant parts, insulating parts, wear-resistant parts, instrument parts and medical equipment parts. Polyarylsulfone is suitable for making low-temperature working parts.

2. Polysulfone is commonly used in the manufacture of integrated circuit boards, coil tube racks, contactors, bushings, capacitance films and high-performance alkali battery shells in the electronics and electrical industry.

3. polysulfone is used in microwave oven equipment, coffee heater, wetter, hair dryer, cloth dryer, beverage and food distributor, tableware, water cup, milk bottle and so on. It can also replace non-ferrous metals for precise structural parts such as clocks, photocopiers, cameras, etc.
